Is customer service slipping or am I crazy? The experiences that stick most vividly in my mind are those that really blow my socks off or those that disappoint in a shocking manner. Most of what’s in between I simply don’t notice. I for one feel most excited when I make a big bang (in a good way). Working with others day-to-day, I’m surprised how often I am disappointed with the results I get and the feeling I’ve just been hung out to dry. When a business connection doesn’t dazzle me with their brilliance, I usually move on to someone who will. And I am surprised (and disappointed) at those who promise me the moon, but in the end, can only give me a used shuttle ticket. I’m not looking for a mediocre business partner, I’m searching for one who is exceptional in results. Let’s agree to be amazing in our efforts each day, so others will be dazzled by our brilliance!
